NA traveled to Newark East Side on Wednesday afternoon and came away with a 5-0 win. It didn't take long for NA to get on the board. Delilah Loncar crossed a ball to Ava Cole who took a touch and buried a low shot past the keeper to make it 1-0. Two minutes later, Ava passed a ball to Kate Fishbone who beat a defender and blasted one top corner to make it 2-0. With ten minutes left in the first half, there was a good combination play between Ava, Cami Gallagher and Kyra Gallagher, with Kyra passing to Kate, who then chipped one over the keeper to make it 3-0 going into halftime. The second half saw NA come out with the same energy, as Delilah played a corner kick into the box with Ava heading one into the net to make it 4-0. Midway through the half, Kate chased down a loose ball and crossed one into the box where Abby Herbert was there to tap it in to make it 5-0. Credit the defense, led by Ines Lopez-Silvero, Gracie Kelly, Isabela McNeilly-Anta and Sachi Goel for helping Zoe Hermans earn her 4th shutout of the season. Zoe recorded six saves in goal.

NA improves to 6-0-0 and will host Mount St. Dominic next week for the Essex County tournament. Time and Date TBD.
