MS A Vb showed marked improvement in today's match against Gill St. Bernard. Both serving and passing were more consistent and the team communicated quicker and more confidently. NA took the lead in the first set until Gill's power server ran off several points. We answered back with aces by Sophia and Kate with service points from them and Miriam to close the gap. In the second set the score was close in the early part of the set and Emily with her four service points ( 3 of the blistering aces) brought us within sight of a win. We will get there next time! Final scores 17-25; 18-25. The team travels to Far Hills on Thursday.
